Exogyre
Exclusively from the Largillier monopoly, Pinot Noir but this time from several years.
This cuvée is composed of four sub-plots: MINERAL, FRUIT, FLOWER and MATTER. A refined wine with lovely freshness, highlighting subtle aromas of acacia honey and ripe pineapple with a hint of mint on the finish. The attack is full-bodied, mineral and refreshing, with a long finish.
