Brut Nature
Exclusively from the Largillier monopoly, Pinot Noir and a single vintage. Only the Minérale sub-plot is selected for the composition of this wine. It is an undosed wine with aromas of citrus, limestone, flint and gunflint. As the soil matrix is more calcareous, the minerality is more developed. The attack is full-bodied, mineral and refreshing, with a long finish.
