Blanc de Noirs

For this wine, two sub-plots, FRUIT and FLEUR, are used in the composition of this cuvée, vinified separately and blended in April-May. As the names of these two sub-plots indicate, fruit and white flowers dominate, accompanied by notes of liquorice. In some vintages, red fruit is more prominent. The attack is full-bodied, mineral and refreshing, with a long finish.
