Exclusively sourced from the Largillier monopoly, Pinot Noir and a single vintage. The MATIÈRE sub-plot is selected to create this wine. The attack is long and smooth. After aeration, pleasant notes of cocoa and fine chocolate emerge, along with hints of ripe fruit. The finish has a lovely salinity. The attack is full-bodied, mineral and refreshing, with a long finish.
