Rosé de Saignée

Exclusively sourced from the Largillier monopoly, Pinot Noir and a single vintage. The Matière sub-plot is selected to create this wine. This cuvée is perfectly balanced and elegant, with flavours of red berries, raspberry brandy and a vinous finish with notes of cherry pits. The attack is full-bodied, mineral and refreshing, with a long finish.

Only grapes that have reached perfect phenolic maturity and are in impeccable condition are selected for the production of a macerated rosé.
This rosé cuvée is vinified using the traditional method of crushing the grapes with the feet. The crushed grapes come into contact with the juice, releasing their aromas, tannins and colouring agents.
