In 2021, we took over a vineyard in Les Riceys: the first vinification will take place in 2022, resulting in the Pinotmaniac cuvée in 2025. The wine is a blend of four parcels: Valmolin, La Gueule de Valmolin, L’Envers de Valmolin and Le Grand Valpreuse.
